Relationship - the key to goodbusiness practice

"The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances, if there is any reaction, both are transformed" (Carl Jung, 1875 – 1961)

Everything we do in life involves other people and how we inter act with them. It is therefore important that our relationships with those people achieve what we seek and desire.

This seminar explores the 5 key elements of relationship. It provides examples, techniques and strategies that will ensure that we all enjoy and benefit from satisfying and fulfilling relationship in all aspects of our lives.

"Relationship"

The Key to Good Business Practice>

A full day programme designed for the corporate and business world.

There are five stages involved in building good working practices and relationships in business:

1. Coming together – forming the working alliance

In order for anyone to operate effectively and efficiently, they need to be clear about who they are, what their role is and what they are doing.

2. Being aware of what is preventing and obstructing
    development and progress

We all might say that we want to work together, to build and develop who we are and what we are doing. We work hard, say that we all believe in what we are doing and how we are doing it and still somehow things do not work out as we might have hoped.

3. How to move forward in a manner that benefits all
    concerned

Transferences can be seen as factors that distort what is happening between people. It can be described at trying to look at someone through a window that has misted up. In order to move forward and see the other person clearly, the mist or transferences need to be cleared away.

4. Identifying an ideal way of operating and being
    together>

When the 'transferences' have been cleared away and the possibility of moving forward has been identified, it is said that two people have established the basis of a "Real Relationship".

5. Achieving and maintaining an 'optimum' state

Once this process is fully understood, it becomes possible to create an 'Optimum State' anywhere, anytime, with anyone.
A state where things are as close to an ideal as you could imagine of wish for.

Introduction to a life style where everyone wins

"It's a sign of mediocrity when you demonstrate gratitude with moderation" (Roberto Benigni, 1952 - )

The title of this seminar may sound somewhat unrealistic and far fetched.

It is not. Using the material from this seminar it is possible to create and sustain such a world.

The principles of negotiation and compromise are the key elements of this seminar. When these ideas are linked to effective communication, particularly listening then many surprising things become possible. Gratitude and appreciation are also important elements in this process.

Imagine what it would be like to live in such a world, let us arrange this seminar for you and discover how to turn imagination into everyday reality.

Goal Setting - and live up to it

"Perhaps the most valuable result of all education is the ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do, when it ought to be, whether you like it or not, it is the first lesson that ought to be learned, and however a man's early training begins, it is probably the last lesson that he learns thoroughly." (Thomas Huxley,1825 – 1895)

At the heart of this seminar is the idea that

Awareness

increases

Response /Ability

The significance of this thought is simply: The more we can accept that each of us has created the world we currently occupy, and we are fully aware of that fact, then our ability to respond to that world is massively increased.

This seminar demonstrates the importance of being fully aware of who we are, and how we have arrived at our present place in life. It also demonstrates that when each individual accepts that they have created their own world, then that person also has the ability to create a different kind of a world to live in. A world that perhaps comes closer to ones own particular idea of what an ideal world would be like.

Turning brick walls into bridges

"Change your thoughts and you change your world" (Norman Vincent Peale (1898 – 1993))

A wall is often seen as a blockage, obstacle, something that is solid and which blocks the way forward. All this is true, and what is also true is that a wall is made up of many different bits and pieces and when these bits and pieces are re arranged the wall can be transformed into something useful that helps forward movement and development.

This seminar shows it is possible to see the same things in different ways. By calling a pile of bricks arranged in a certain way a wall, it produces a certain reaction. When those same bricks are re arranged into something called a bridge then the reaction is different.

In summary the world is as it is, the difference is how we react to the world around us: Allowing ourselves to see familiar things in different ways opens up many new and exciting possibilities.
