The future is not a gift - it is an achievement.
~ Harry Lauder

Every achievement starts with the first step. After the first step you need the next step, then the next ..etc

Goal setting will direct your steps. Mind Gliding will support you in taking those steps. Without those steps you won't reach your goals.
Without your goals you won't achieve. If you don't achieve you might as well give up.

  1. What is new? – Do you have dreams that you want to come true?
  2. Personal – Taking control of your destiny
  3. Corporate – Achieving your goals with long lasting results.

     Yesterday is gone!
     Tomorrow is a mystery!
     Today is a gift!
That's why they call it the present.

If you understand where you are now, you will be able to set your goals for the future.
Mind Gliding increases your awareness in the here and now,
and opens doors to your chosen destiny.

  1. Today's catalyst - One day at a time (an article by Kerry Daigle).

The key to the ability to change
is a changeless sense of
who you are, what you are about
and what you value..
                   ~Stephen R. Covey

In order for anyone to operate effectively and efficiently, they need to be clear about who they are, what their role is and what they are doing.

Mind Gliding are specialists in communication and relationships, which are both fundamental for creating or rethinking your Raison d'être (reason of being).

Mind Gliding skilfully guides you through this thinking process, to deliver a range of business benefits beyond the written word.

STRESS is part of life in the same way as your blood pressure:
High blood pressure or low blood pressure, it can cause problems, but you never want your blood pressure to go away completely.
                                             ~ Dr Eddy Kloprogge

Stress cannot and should not be avoided.

Everybody is always under some degree of stress. Even while quietly asleep our heart must continue to beat, our lungs to breathe, and even our brain works in the form of dreams. Stress can be avoided only by dying.

The statement "He is under stress" is just as meaningless as "He is running a temperature". What we actually refer to by means of such phrases is an excess of stress or of body temperature.

  1. Today's Catalyst - Stres Release Progamme
  2. Personal - Assertiveness training may help you to overcome and prevent stressful situations

Things are as they are.
Looking out into the universe at night, we make no comparisons between right and wrong stars,
nor between well and badly arranged constellations.

                                    - Alan Wilson Watts (1915-1973) -
Since nonverbal messages have been shown to dominate interpersonal communication, and since their cues are gathered intuitively, it is clearly a distinct advantage if you can make this phenomenon visible.

Just back from an International MMC Training programme in Bolzano in Italy, Dr Eddy Kloprogge introduces Relationship Constellations:
Disclosure of the hidden relationship system dynamics.

One Flap of a Seagull's Wing would be enough to alter the Course of the Weather forever and ...

Does the Flap of a Butterfly's Wings in Brazil set off a Tornado in Texas?

- Edward Norton Lorentz, Meteorologist [born 23 May 1917] -

The company isn't booming, the customers are drifting away, innovation is at a standstill - What is wrong?

A rational analysis can provide you with pieces of the problem, but never the whole picture.

Systemic constellations give you the missing link. Success with this method in companies such as Daimler-Chrysler, IBM and BMW has contributed to a booming interest in this phenomenon in Europe.

"A dream is just a dream. A goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline." - Harvey Mackay

As a leader you must know yourself. Know your own strengths and weaknesses, so that you can build the best team around you.

Some leaders lead by example and are very 'hands on'; others are more distanced and let their people do it.

Whatever - your example is paramount - the way you work and conduct yourself will be the most you can possibly expect from your people.
